Valuing Home and Community Care Project
APACTS, along with other community care sector stakeholders, supported The Change Foundation's study of the economic value of home and community care. Based on a sample of frail elderly clients in the HNHB LHIN, the study found that utilizing homecare supports appropriately could save Ontario's healthcare system $150 million.
